Rude and unprofessional customer service. Sales staff not interested to address customer queries.

The manager is rude and unfriendly... My wife went to this shop twice and purchased some items but didn't hear even a simple "thank you" from her.

On 2/3/25, I visited The Face Shop's sale at AMK Hub Basement 1, and had a very disappointing experience and angry about it, got one woman that at cashier(Supervisor with light brown hair colour and a bit Chubby) was throwing my all items into the basket (even the $10voucher) when she scanned the items and she showed the sour face to customers. Before that,I was try to ask her about information of the item , she replied very rudely and no Patient, like I was owning her 1 million. For the Another three stuff are very nice and polite ladies. i likely to spend my money at the face shop because of them . For personally, i love your product very much . I was the VIP membership of The Face Shop about 10years already . But today i got the very bad experience from the SUPERVISOR’s bad service . How she can treat customers like that ? On 15/1/25, I visited The Face Shop's sale at AMK Hub Basement 1, and had a very disappointing experience. I picked up an eyeshadow stick that was already torn open and damaged. The packaging was clearly compromised, with the plastic seal on the lid appearing to have been roughly pulled off before I even touched it. Just my luck that I did not notice it and I tried holding it by the cap, which is typically how you would pick up an eyeshadow stick, and when I did, it opened up further. When this was brought to the staff's attention, she checked with her colleague and they insisted I pay for the product, claiming that "once opened, it is considered sold." I explained that the packaging was already compromised, and it was obvious that it was due to someone else's actions as the packaging seemed like it was torn forcefully. I also told them that I merely held onto the lid of the eyeshadow stick (and with one hand, tearing it apart requires two 🤦‍♀️) which did not amount to the packaging being torn like that, but they refused to acknowledge it and stood by their position so the outcome was the same. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the benefit of CCTV footage to prove my case, and despite the product being inexpensive, I felt forced to pay for a damaged item. In the end, the eyeshadow stick couldn't be twisted down fully, and had a noticeable dent, so I ended up discarding it. The moral of the story: be extremely cautious when shopping here—inspect every product before touching it, as you may be unfairly accused of damaging it. (I did get some good samples LOL)

Nope. Believe me, some of the products are from China. Go look at their Rice Water Cleansing Foam, Its from China. We are aware that China do have Face Shop Factory but, comparing to the steep prices people pay, they should be importing their cleansers from Korea instead.

purchased fews item within 24hours, Jus checking with the lady can do exchange or top up for one item only, and the item was never open before, but she never ask for the purchase details and straight away rejected me with a rude way, totally different shopping experience with the previous lady that served me. And I saw your receipt actually showed is exchangeable within 7days. Don’t understand. I’m ok with the product, so at the same time I oso make another purchase in ur shop. Cannot exchange oso never mind , but don’t need to be so rude. Just wanted to feedback my experience. Thanks
