1. Food: - Quality & Taste: Non-ice cream stuff was serviceable; far from fantastic. - Speed: My main courses took 45-50 minutes to arrive. Restaurant was busy, but that’s no excuse at the price customers are paying. - Price: Exorbitant for the small portions and not-so-great quality (adult price for kid’s portion). For example, see the photo for a main course that costs $20+ (incl. tax and service charge). 2. Service: Seemed understaffed and overworked; takes a while to get their attention. 3. Atmosphere: Fine.

We had an amazing experience at Swensen’s, thanks to Irene’s exceptional service! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience, and we enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious, but Irene’s outstanding service made it even better. We highly recommend Swensen’s, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Irene. Will definitely be back! Thank you, Irene, for your wonderful service! 😊🍦

I had the pleasure of dining at Swensen's at amk hub recently, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. After placing my order, I suddenly had to rush home for a delivery I had forgotten about. I offered to pay in advance and asked if they could reserve my seat and food until I returned. To my surprise, the kind elderly waitress refused my payment, assuring me that my seat and meal would be kept on an honor basis. True to their word, when I returned about 40 minutes later, my seat was still reserved. Both the elderly waitress and the restaurant manager warmly welcomed me back and promptly informed the kitchen that I was ready to eat. This level of hospitality and trust is something you don’t see often. Not long after, my sambal grilled fish arrived, accompanied by coleslaw and fresh garden vegetables. The fish was perfectly grilled with a smoky, spicy sambal that packed just the right amount of heat. The coleslaw was crisp and refreshing, balancing out the bold flavors, while the vegetables were fresh and well-seasoned. Beyond the delicious food, it was the warmth and sincerity of the staff that truly stood out. Their kindness and commitment to excellent service made me feel valued as a guest. If you’re looking for a place with great food and even greater hospitality, Swensen's at amk is a must-visit!

To say the least, the food was pretty disappointing and abysmal. Here’s what we ordered: Beef Arrabbiata Pasta Oriental Fish Pasta Mala Chicken Pasta Sambal Fish with Garden Veggies and Coleslaw A side of fries We thought the Beef Arrabbiata was bad, but the Mala Chicken Pasta was horrendous. They mixed plenty of peppercorns, peanuts and dried chilli into it. The tiny beads of peppercorns were such a hassle to remove, and they had to be removed, one by one, because the taste is just bad. Take a look at the picture - I couldn’t even bother to finish picking it out. The Garden Veggies side that accompanied the Sambal Fish was just downright pathetic. Nothing like the picture in the menu (of broccoli and carrots), what we were served was 2 small pieces of corn and 3 measly sticks of snow pea. The fish included in the Oriental Fish Pasta tasted sour. Funnily enough, the best dish at the table was the a la carte side of fries - crispy and extra fried. I seriously don’t understand how they can serve these dishes of terrible standard. Perhaps their more western dishes would bode better, but I wouldn’t know because I wouldn’t be patronising again…
