I don't know why people want to work in Starbucks when they are not happy ! Luckily I sold all my stocks of Starbucks and now I don't care if they go bankrupt! I feel sorry for the management or stock owners...no wonder the company is shrinking ! No only you don't feel like spending here, but you also feel uncomfortable because they don't even thank you ! Where is all the manners of employee!!!!! No single thank you was said from cashier to giving you a coffeee! This is the last time I will spend my money on Starbucks!

The cafe was located quite openly at the middle of the mall which wasn’t really that good. Quite a lot of seats within the cafe itself but it can get noisy with the people walking around the cafe. The standard of the coffee is expected of any Starbucks cafe globally.

Hopefully the staffs here can be more serious in their work. I have been ordering the same drink for many many years. But I still encounter 2 times whereby the mocha was so sweet although I ask for less sweet. When I check with them, they always says it’s already written on the paper so I believe the staffs forgot to follow the instructions when mixing the mocha frap

This is one of the worst Starbucks location I ever been to. Ordered 3 cappuccinos on March 9, 2025 around 1.30pm. Male tall Indian local staff made our cappuccinos. That was the worst cappuccino I have ever had, even my 92 year old mom did not like it ! Super weak, just taste of milk. I told the staff at the register & they said they will redo it. He then added like four shots per cup later and it taste worse. They told me that the machine hasn’t been functioning well and that is why they are losing customers.

I told them that they probably need to de-scale the machine. I have a Nespresso Creatista Pro and my lattes taste way better.

This outlet has got one of the worse team till date. Look at the drink that they made. It was supposed to be matcha and espresso fusion but it looks disgusting and gross. The attitude by this team serving at this outlet is horrible. I have never felt disgusted by both the service and the drink they made. I told them off but they gave the annoyed look. I was in a rush and took the drink and left.
I will not visit this outlet again unless the team that serve at this outlet on 6 April is fully replaced.

Ordered the triple cheese mushroom pie ($6.50) for takeaway. The pie was cold and the fillings were only half of the pie. Can't really taste any cheese and the crust was tough and cold. Disappointed.

I came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. I guess there is a first time for everything.
Cappuccino, beef pie and chicken cauliflower salad were the order.
Cappuccino, loved it. Beef pie and salad, I have to give it a ‘fail’. Well first of all, the pie’s filling tasted something like ‘left over’ spaghetti meat sauce stuffed inside a pastry. Secondly, it was B.L.A.N.D. I asked for salt but was told flatly they do not have condiments here. No salt No pepper. So is sugar a condiment?
Next the chicken cauliflower salad. It looks ‘healthy’, given that everything is boiled and yes, B.L.A.N.D.

I prefer drinking hot coffee at a cool and cozy place. If this is your thing, then this Starbucks branch isn't the place for you. It's warm and open, and I don't mean the friendly and personable kind. Perhaps bring a fan with you, if you're really in need of your coffee fix and have to get it from here. Noise can be an issue as well, just beside it is a void area where events are held. Just last weekend, big speakers were blasting off holiday tunes. One more thing, the place is even warmer before "official" mall hours as the AC is still off.

The mango drink tasted so different in this store.
It was virtually tasteless.
I had this drink at least 5 times, from 3 other different stores. The previous drinks were much better.
I needed to repeat my order 4 times to get through.
