Great service from Qayyum. I came on Monday and Tuesday morning and he remembers my order & preferences. There was a long queue but he was very patient with every customer and answered their queries nicely. He deserve a pay raise

Be cautious when coming here, the staff's attitude is not friendly. If you don't want to risk having your mood spoiled, it's better not to visit.

I seldom visit AMK hub and likewise this Starbucks in this vicinity. This is my rating for this store as it lacks the Starbucks culture.

Went to Starbucks AMK Hub, and take away. Today the experience is smooth, normal queue, fast transactions.

Dreadful. Unprofessional staff. The staff particularly a lady called Len in this establishment needs a major COURSE in service. If you don’t want to work in this line, then just go. If you want to work in the service industry, you gotta make adjustments to your attitude. We don’t ask to be served like royalties but with respect. Apparently something you lack. Big time.
