Firstly, when I opened up my sweet potato and tempura, I was shocked when the colour was so dark. When I took a bite, both items were hard and sweet potato was hard and might not be very cooked yet. Secondly, I also noticed that the person cooking the snacks might be new because the cashier was teaching him how to open a paper bag. I have always enjoyed the snacks but unfortunately I had to throw them both away.

Bought hash brown and was told that I needed to wait 8-10 mins. Ended up waiting for 20 mins and watched the staff serve everyone but me. Thanks for making my food last leh😀👍 …

Standard has dropped significantly, it’s been awhile since we last patronised. Ingredients that came with the mee sua was rather stingy as compared to the past. Shredded chicken can be better portion and somehow another something must have went wrong with the operations where shredded chicken became more of minced. Anyways good luck to their business if they continue to be like this! Price has gone up to $5.50 now.

Wow shinlin xxl chicken is so so thin now. Over cooked, request to have less spicy with more plum powder, and told to pay extra $0.50. Much better choices out there now

Bad servicing at this outlet. When the order ready, they do not press the order number on their numbering system. Instead they will call out your number and then press the number. Why need to shout first then press the number? Like that might as well throw the number board away

When my food is done , the staff didn’t call me, keep let me waiting. Until I’m ready waiting around 15 minutes, I go to counter and ask it’s my food is ready. I’m very disappointed, why they didn’t call me when the food is done, wasting my time. The second things is my food have smell like detergent. I didn’t eat the food at all.

Bought the crispy floss egg crepe set which contains the crepe, sweet potato fries and a drink. The sweet potato fries only contained a pathetic 5 pieces.. needless to say i will not be buying this set again. Thanks alot.

Ordered XXL chicken and brought back home to eat. Realised chicken was overcooked, black, hard, dry and thin. Even the skin was super hard. Dishonest seller! Should throw away and not serve customers with it. Don't tell me the person who use scissor to cut the chicken did not know it is super hard to cut? Worst franchise!

Ordered the crispy chicken with fragrant powder, instead was given plum powder and didnt realize until I was eating halfway at home. Worst Shihlin outlet as this is not the first. Retrain your staffs :)

Staff more interested in talking to each other than taking orders, fried chicken was tough, dry and tasteless. I hate wasting food but I had to throw away the bag with more than half of the portion left. Yuck.

Visited Amk outlet to get food . Bad customer service . Didn’t check with customer whether want large tempura or small tempura and they just key in large tempura . As there is price difference . Mock at customers when customers hesitate and change orders after suggestion .

Went down to claim for 1 for 1 birthday chicken, was served by the senior leader not sure her name, positive attitude with good customer service. She still wishes me happy birthday 🙏 Whereas a young girl trainee, showing attitude and roll eyes 🙄. But overall a great experience at amk hub outlet 😊 thank you 🙏

Been a while since I’ve had this. Prices have gone up to $5.20 now. Amount of ingredients is okay-ish. Wish there’s more oyster than just 3!
