Had a really bad experience today where the lady who took my order basically screwed it up. I tapaoed a whole soya sauce chicken, 2 eggs, 1 duck and char siew rice (specifically said i wanted chicken rice rice not plain rice). I spotted that it came with white rice but instead of changing my order, she just put another packet of rice in a plastic bag for me. When i got home, there were no eggs to be found as well. There were very few pieces of char siew too. I think this is the last time I will order anything from them.
