I notice there’s only one employee working while a long line of customers waits. Customers often have to wait a long time just to place an order because only one person is handling everything. I understand it can be tough for one person to handle everything, but it’s hard to see why there aren’t more staff to help take orders and move things along faster. Customer service could also use improvement. Some staff come across as unprofessional and even rude at times. A simple “thank you” or “sorry for the wait” would go a long way in making the experience better. I’ve even seen an employee video calling someone while working, which felt really unprofessional. The food can also be inconsistent. Sometimes the fries are bland and under-seasoned, while other times they taste just right. Consistency would definitely help. Lastly, the place itself often looks messy and almost abandoned. It gives off a neglected vibe, which doesn’t leave the best impression. A little more care in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the space would really improve the overall customer experience.
