I notice there’s only one employee working while a long line of customers waits. Customers often have to wait a long time just to place an order because only one person is handling everything. I understand it can be tough for one person to handle everything, but it’s hard to see why there aren’t more staff to help take orders and move things along faster.
Customer service could also use improvement. Some staff come across as unprofessional and even rude at times. A simple “thank you” or “sorry for the wait” would go a long way in making the experience better. I’ve even seen an employee video calling someone while working, which felt really unprofessional.
The food can also be inconsistent. Sometimes the fries are bland and under-seasoned, while other times they taste just right. Consistency would definitely help.
Lastly, the place itself often looks messy and almost abandoned. It gives off a neglected vibe, which doesn’t leave the best impression. A little more care in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the space would really improve the overall customer experience.

Ordered at 6:47pm at Ang Mo Kio Hub outlet. Received my order just 3 mins later. Fries fried to perfection. The fries are hot generously coated. Ordered Creamy Truffle and Sour Cream and Onion … really can taste both flavours. Just a little bit salty the more I eat but overall not bad. My daughter loves it too. 👍🏻

Omg. All the staff keep play and talk or very lazy want to order no people keep asking wait and still talking to them patner. And already paid and wait . No people them keep very slow don't want to make keep talking to each other play fun and smile and laugh. Wait so long still haven't done. Them the service very poor on angmokio hub here. I'm go other place woodland them won't be give our black face and face doing thing

I waited for almost an hour for just one order. I understand that she’s managing everything alone both online and in-person orders but I was extremely frustrated when, after 40 minutes of queuing, the cashier suddenly said there were no more orders being taken. Despite the long wait, there was no announcement made that they were no longer accepting orders.
I saw more complaints than I can count about the long waiting time and poor service, and now I’ve experienced it myself waiting almost an hour only to receive fries with barely any seasoning.
Is Potato Corner seriously not going to respond to all the customer feedback?
I reallly wish i can give less than even a star cause its frustrating

always closed for grab, always no fries or flavours unavailable. nowadays so stingy with the seasoning as well. can be slow when you go to the physical store, somehow always on the phone or laughing nonstop with colleague. i just want my fries man

placed an order for sweet potato balls and was clarifying with the staff on duty about the size and flavour options available. She was initially helpful and responsive. However, when she asked how I would be paying and I replied “Paywave”, she responded with “You guys are killing me” in a condescending tone while pointing toward the sign showing payment options which showed “No Paywave available only Paynow.”. I was quite taken aback and shocked by her tone and choice of words. felt that her comment was unnecessary and made the interaction uncomfortable.

The 2 gentlemen are very kind. Redeemed 2 free large fries using 450 fairprice linkpoints.
The truffle flavour and spicy BBQ are delicious! Fragrant and strong taste. The fries are also overflowing out of the cup. But I wish they also filled out the bottom.

This is just an isolated case I understand but please do better next time. At 1.20 ish pm Iwas turn away by the so called " new partimer first time " (that's what he said to me) because he said the full time worker is not here yet & will be late. He was on video called with another colleague I guess. He doesn't seem to know where some stuff are kept . Are you supposed to put a new one alone of all day a Saturday ?

Very little flavor. Tasteless. Stingy. Put not even half the designated spoon. Not same as what I buy at Si Mei, Somerset and Jewel. Definitely not buying again from this branch. Stingy stingy!
