you paid for the food which turn out a disappointment. Ordered a 3pc Popeyes Wings Combo (Spicy) which cost $7.90 and the wings were shocking to begin with! 3 small little pcs and a mash that doesn’t look fulfilling? $7.90? Seriously?

Portion size for mac n cheese ala carte at 3.20 is ridiculous, just charge a higher price for a reasonable portion. Served just 2 spoonfuls of mac?

First time had to actually make an effort to write a super bad review.
They want to introduce a new breakfast menu but standard isn’t there, even the waffle is burnt on the underside, it felt like the staff wasn’t train to use the waffle machine properly or the machine was faulty.
I hope all the bad reviews eventually will get the management to resolve the understaffed issue, as i think it isn’t the staff’s fault.
Cut cost = cut revenue also, and you gain unhappy customers.

It was an extremely satisfying lunch of Fired chicken.
It was juicy n fresh, spicy n so yummy.
Glad my cheat day was on this brand.
Had visited another 1-2 mths ago n its was so so so dry n small. Just omg.
Tis popeyes chicken indeed 👏.....been awhile since my last n glad i came here today.
Service frm staff were all good as well. Very nice from the lady at counter.

One of the worst service experience I had.
Waited about 7 to 8mins, screen showed preparing n then number went off..
Thinking it was ready I went to the counter, manager and staff both on their phones..
Knowing someone in front, it did not occur to them to ask "how can I help". Another staff came to assist n told me 6mins to be ready.. when I returned to the counter a few mins later, that same staff looked at me n then started to prepare the order.
