Definitely not a place for video games collectors to visit, Play-E loves to cut and tear the plastic seal of the games and paste bunch of tapes all around the corner to hide the cuts and tears and they also love pasting bunch of large size sticker which are almost impossible to remove on the seal itself. If you are a vivid collector and intend to look for mint condition of any titles, I would suggest avoid this place at all cost.

One of the worst game store ever over priced funko pops over priced TCG cards. Packets of Clare just thrown and stack in the display cabinet not well kept. Service staff is always very rude. Promo cards are just sleeved and just scotched tape on the back shelf for sale. Other TCG box set products are all just left in a corner and damaged

Came in to see if I could get a Nintendo switch screen protector, asked staff how much the screen protector was? One guy was about to offer it for $10 but then his colleague said in mandarin to charge him $20 instead. Thinking I didn’t understand what they were saying. I then immediately left the store and they were confused. Wouldn’t want to deal with a company that tries to rip customer off. It wasn’t the fact that wanted to charge me $20 it was the fact that they were talking mandarin in front of my face thinking that I didn’t understand them to over charge a screen protector. Dishonest staff wouldn’t recommend.

I live in the another SEA country and I bought the MGS 5 Phantom Pain Collector’s Edition about 10 years ago. I had my friend who lives in SG ship it for me. I visited SG a few days ago and visited their physical store and they were as accommodating as before when I bought Sand Land Collector’s Edition.

Seldom come to check what they offer or buy Cardfight Vanguard cards. Overall not bad! (Pictures shown what I got 2 weeks ago) Update 20/11/23: I’ve been a regular there and most of the employees recognise me and they always restock the Perfect Mini card sleeves for my Vanguard Cards. I always come to only buy Vanguard stuff and storage boxes (Maybe LOL) so far no complaints, but I would want to see the Beyblade Burst Zero G switch game on the shelves. Who knew they sell a Peppa Pig switch game 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 3/3/24 Update: From Tuesday 5/3/24-Monday 1/4/24, Play-E AMK Hub will be temporarily closed due to shop renovation. Meanwhile do check other outlets located at Vivo City and Bedok Mall or the warehouse (Mobile payment only) for your purchase.
