Shitty service. Reached to reopen bank account. Given a general number and waited for 1 hour+, only to be told the account can no longer be accessed & need new account. Worse, when i am at the counter, was told that without old id/passport, I cannot do anything, despite me having photo of old id. Is it that hard for front desk/general enquiry to check what i want first?
