I will give it 5 stars. Firstly, their hygienic is top notch. The tools for the mani pedi are not reused. Instead they comes prepackaged like in an autoclave bag that are freshly opened for each client. Secondly loved their bubble situation for the pedicure spa. Staff are very nice. I went for a pedi session that I bought thru fav and they didn’t oversell it too much.

This place is a scam. They offered their manicure at a discount to entice you and once you start the service they constantly push you to 'upgrade'. They do not clearly explain the prices and cheat you into paying the amount they want for really bad service too. When asked to explain the exorbitant final amount on the receipt, the lady raised her voice and started yelling in front of the other customers. Did not offer receipt for service despite being asked also. The service, ambience and the attitude are utterly unacceptable. Please do not waste your time, money and energy here.

Wen Wen and Nicky have provided me with good professional service. I have been to many outlet, unlike other outlet, I feel very relax & like VIP whenever I am here. I am their long term customers. They well take care my nails. Wen wen even went extra miles to massage my back when I have shoulder and back ache. I am glad to choose this outlet as my long term investment for my nails.
