It might be a bit late to the party, but better late than never. This King Cone is a steal at just $1—great value for the price. While I found the ice cream itself too milky for my taste, the cone is worth mentioning. It's impressively crispy and thick, offering a satisfying crunch.

I frequent this place. Today, they didn't have plastic bags, so I asked for one. They said no. I then told them to just use the discarded bag to pack my things. They refused, telling me I hadn't made any purchases. Well, no matter where this mixue comes from, I'll never buy it again!

Decent bubble tea and ice cream here. The best thing about this bubble tea shop is their suuuuper affordable price! One medium bubble tea drink will cost you about $3-$4, which is super cheap compared to other bubble tea shops like koi, liho, gongcha, etc.. Their ice cream is also cheap at only $1 per cone! Recommend to come here to get your quick and cheap bubble tea fix! :)

First time trying Mixue's ice cream after hearing so much about it. 3 or 4 staff idling as there was no queue, received my mango sundae very fast. The staff poke the spoon in and pass it to me, I request for a cover as I will not be eating immediately. The staff gave me a stare, remove the spoon from the cup of sundae, cover it, bag it and throw in the spoon (with bits of ice cream still on the spoon, flying off during her action and almost landed on my shoe) into the bag and place it on the counter for me to collect. Then she turn her back and continue to lean against the counter. All I wanted was to try some cheap ice cream but ended up getting "Big Boss" service... 🤷♀️ Anyway the sundae got a strong artificial taste and left my mouth very dry, did not finish the whole thing... definitely not going for another purchase...打扰了， 雪王是我高攀不起 。。。

went there a few weeks ago. look like they are newly opened. bought the promotion drinks two for $6. the drinks were okay only. while waiting for the drink, i had to endure their loud music (small speaker on the side)! keep repeating, i love you, you love me, ice cream, and tea. almost drive me banana. the staffs are very helpful and efficient. i pity them have to listen to the music. saw many people had the ice cream. should have try it. anyway, i saw this brand in south korea too. must be a big chain. i have no idea as my first time trying them.

i paid for double pearls,but only got what seemed to be less than one portion.the staff were really rude and gave so much attitude.i swear they hate their job.i usually buy at bishan and they’re really generous plus it taste way better than this. they’re stingy with their pearls,ice cream(i ordered strawberry shake shake)and 90% of the drink was ice.

Horribly inefficient staff. The woman packing the drinks just stood there with 20 cups of drinks on the counter, staring at the order slips and looking so lost. For 10 minutes, she just stared at one order slip and only managed to pack one order. And the customer had to search on his own. At the drink-making counter, there was a whole line of 10 cups with the toppings all prepared but no one is there to add the most important ingredient in, the tea. When I finally lost my patience and went to search for my own drinks, I found it within 2 seconds and told her these are mine. And she just show attitude and keep saying "can you please wait". Unless you are dying of thirst, don't bother coming here. And if you ARE dying of thirst, you will probably die before you get your drink.

Bought a cup of lemon earl grey yesterday around afternoon timing 2pm. A guy staff that does my drinks look so uninterested with his job and have a bad attitude. If he is unhappy with his job then don’t work tbvh. I rather patronise other mixue outlet.

Love the milky ice cream and the crispy cone. At sgd1 per ice cream cone it's really worth it. The ice cream stays frozen for 3mins, after that it melts super fast, so try to stay out of the sun and eat it fast. Ice cream bubble tea and pearls tasted cheap, can skip. Ordering done through kiosk. Almost no wait on Sunday. Will definitely be back for the ice cream cone.

Rating for ice cream only. At $1 wasn't expecting much, but surprised it is very milky and the cone will stay crispy throughout. In hot weather the ice cream will melt fast and start to drip, so need to eat the top part quickly. But once reached the cone can take it easy.
