Ordered Kani Stick, mega DIY maki and a drink. Kani Stick is okay but no recommended for takeaways more than 10 min. The crust becomes super soggy and not as nice anym. DIY maki was okay, but ordered a sauce and didn't come. Issok still can eat cause the filling were okay. Drinks are also not chilled so do take note if you're hoping for a cold drink

Bought takeaway, my order didn't have kimchi but they obviously placed it in by mistake and just took it out. Terrible! What if it was an allergy? The order should be remade if they make a mistake. Very poor food preparation practice.

On 12Jun2025 5.30pm The Senior lady on duty, insisted that l have to make another payment to her even though l have paid through Grab app. l even show her the payment activity in my account that show the amount have been paid. But she just ignore n disagree. Only after l tell her to call her Boss n she did, then she realized l am right. She has wasted my time n make my purchases at Maki-San lousy.

Agree with the previous reviews that this place should be avoided - unfortunately I didn’t think to check reviews as we’ve tried maki-san in the past. Ingredients were super stingy and very subpar- severely overpriced and I will not be back again. For instance, we chose egg mayo as a topping, but they put such a sparse layer that it’s more like a spread/sauce (see picture attached). What I actually find more absurd is that the reviews are already so bad, yet they consistently choose to stay lousy, making zero effort to retain what remaining customers they may have.

Ordered 3 items. Charged $10 delivery fee. Yet the food never came. Called the AMK hotline more than 20 times but were rejected. Send so many messages but not a single reply. My daughter was so sad as the food was supposed for her to break her fasting. Disappointing is really a kind word.

Absolute garbage. Tried it before 2 years ago and it was pretty good. This time I thought to order the bowl. Paid 18 dollars for it because I decided to add extra unagi and beef (sold as roasted striploin). Food is just microwaved meat on iceberg lettuce. (Picture is as delivered)

The sushi was amazing.. Really love the enoki fried. The staff service is also quick and helpful. My first time here.. Will come again in future! the stall is also near a fair price.. Easy to stop by next time after grocery shopping.
