I had a great experience with Mindy. She did such a great job with my nails and was very detailed and made sure it was perfectly done. I did gel removal, extensions and gel manicure. The french tips design were done with such precision and patience. Thank you so much Mindy! ☺️

Worst and disappointing experience. I kept my nails to considerable length (not super long, not short) and it should’ve been trimmed.. But instead, it was cut SO SHORT as pictured, looks bald now!
Did not intend to put any nail polish so it’s supposed to be a simple nail care session, but felt like EXPRESS session.. the one where you just pay $10-15.
She used this electric cuticle tool instead of the usual cuticle cutter. I pointed out parts where my nails still looked unkempt. She said it was dry and tried to work on it further by continuous use of the electric tool on the same last fingernail to a point that that nail felt thin and sensitive to touch; I had to tell her to stop (see deep red on my last nail).
I had few other nail therapists there do my nails before and it was a great experience. The electric tool wasn’t used on my fingernails, only toes for obvious reason.. fingernails are more sensitive.
I feedback that if I wanted super short nails, I could’ve cut my own nails and didn’t need to spend $ on a manicure! She was apologetic and did extend a voucher for next time.. But still, I wouldn’t recommend her at all! Traumatic! Especially since I was preparing nails for a holiday but it’s so ruined now. Not sure if it’s due to her rushing cos it was close to 8pm then and they closed by 9pm.

Came here to do a pedicure before the CNY rush and was attended to by a very experienced and lovely lady Mindy. She patiently and meticulously chose the exact shade that I wanted from a reference photo. Would definitely recommend this manicurist and this place to friends.

Fantastic service. Mindy is highly skilled in nail art which lasts for weeks. She works marvels with some gel polish and a paint brush! Patiently tries the colours picked to see how suitable they are before confirming and painting all nails meticulously. Another beautiful job done!

I do class pedicure normal color. Their staff Ms. Yan is very kind and professional. One of my nails already broke due to last time gel removal at another shop. She is very careful to cut and clean my nails. As a first time customer here I got 15% discount for my pedicure treatment.
