My wife paid 2 hours package + 3 socks. Paid $50 and my wife was suppose to get back the change. Only realise that the change was not given after we left. When she went back to ask, they denied. Hope that the staff can have more integrity or at least have a camera system at the cashier to verify the facts. Would like to warn all customers on this and hope the management do something about it.

Google says this place opens at 11am. The sign at the door opens at 12pm. Please update google if your operation hours are different.

Visited on 21st June 430pm. The door was left unlocked. When I spoke to the 2 young girls in charge, they looked disinterested. But upon my insistence, they reluctantly locked the door. This is a very serious breach of safety. Zoomoov over the years has dropped its staff standards. Hope the owners see this and act on it

Not only does this place not open on time, it closes early too. Brought my son here at 7.35pm thinking he can play till 830pm (as the operating hours state), lady at the counter said she is closing at 8pm instead.

If got zero stars I would have rate it. Worse response I got from staff. Cash was given to pay but cashier doesn't have enough change and I got no paynow or digital scan for payment. And the cashier rejected the business coming instead of having one of the staff to go find vendors for change as solution but they just say nope and rejected. What kind of business opening rejecting customer. Lol. What a laugh. Don't come here unless u are in a good mood or want anything to spoil your mood for the day

Staff don't allow 1 parent to go in whilst there are only 2 kids inside. When we played at other Jolly Fields, 1 parent was allowed to accompany whenever is not crowded inside.

This is a great spot for kids to socialize and have fun. The toys and equipment are all safe, and the staff even provides socks. While the space is relatively compact, my child really enjoys it. We can purchase a minimum of a two-hour ticket, and any unused time can be saved for another visit.

Best place to play and mix around with other kids.. toys and other equipment are safe to play with. And the friendly staff will provide a pair of socks.

My kids have been playing at Jolly Field Amk Hub for over a year and enjoy their time there tremendously. It is a safe space for young children to play in. They recently added new cute houses which has quickly become a hit amongst the kids! Staff are helpful and efficient. I would like to highlight that Siti (who was on duty on 20 March, Mon evening) is a true gem to the branch at AMK hub. I had lost my handphone and she went out of the way to help me contact the cab driver after she learnt about what happened. She even took the initiative to ensure that my husband wld be able to contact me and my children. I have since gotten my phone back and am very grateful. She is a superb staff with a heart for others!
