Delightful meal, the usual high standards expected of Ichiban. service time was quick despite the lunch hour rush.
The service staff were attentive and provided all requested condiments swiftly.
We got a seat quickly as we arrived slightly before 12.

Absolutely loved the hotpot here! The seafood was fresh, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked. It’s a great spot for a warm and satisfying meal—will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at this kid-friendly Japanese restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for families. The menu is packed with delicious options, from tasty sushi to comforting ramen. Everything we tried was fantastic, and the kids loved it! Highly recommend for a fun dining experience where everyone can find something they enjoy!

Food is just as good if not better than the one in Toa Payoh, plus price is reasonable compared to boshi. However, one issue I have is that most of the staff except for the trainee ignore me. First time is when the staff at counter brought the people behind me into the restaurant first without even asking me how many pax I have (this was before they gave out the tickets), second was when I was raising my hand for assistance but they just walk past me without a glance, while only the trainee and one other male staff responded.

It’s rare to encounter Ichiban Sushi staff who are polite and customer service-oriented. My last few experiences at other outlets of the same brand were disappointing.
I like the latest seasonal products. Keep it up!

Quick service, food came soon after ordering. Easy QR based ordering but need to pay at counter. Food was fantastic. Very generous with the chicken portion and the mentai mayo. Miso soup was tasty. Tempura freshly fried and very generous portion of soba with rich green tea taste.

Satisfying Meal
Came here for lunch on a weekday. The staff promptly sat us down at a box seat. Place had quite a bit of people but not over crowded, so it was a more subdued environment.
The food that came was presented very well. The bara chirashi was beautifully plated as was the bento. The food tasted great. Pricing for the food was quite reasonable and lower than some other popular chains.
Service was prompt and efficient. No problem in getting attention and what you want.
Place was decorated in a spacious manner, so you felt that you had a good amount of space between you and another customer where we were seated. Brightly lit with light coloured wood, this place had an uplifting feel to it.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Used to be better. Now the soup too salty. Not good for elderly. My dad kept complaining that his Salmon soup too salty, the set miso soup is even worse. Fish is fresh though.

The place is quite spacious. Plenty of seats. Had to wait a while because it’s full and it’s Sunday. The food is not bad. The yuzu tea is nice. It’s a bit expensive though. $60+ for 2 pax.

came here with a friend on 30th of july, food came rather quickly despite it being busy. staff were quick to attend to both my friend and my needs. i like their gyozas, asari clam hotpots, and cheese delight sushi. have been planning to try more soon! 😋
prefer to come here during off peak as theres a queue system, faster service, food and seating. would recc to invite friends and family as food portion is pretty big, esp their value meals, my friend and i had to share to finish it. their food is salty to most, but i prefer it as it is. i have seen people request to change the soup/make it less salty so its pretty flexible.
will dine in again 👍
