Stay away, use a different exchange service! Hassan advertises giving the best exchange rate in AMK when in fact he offers the worst. He sold me turkish lira at 0.04878 and the other place just outside the hub was selling lira at 0.039. I realized too late. When asking Hassan why he says best rate when in fact the worst, he was just rude!!!

They should update their opening hours. I understand that they went for Friday prayers but the public doesn't know that until they arrived and saw the notice. Best part, they only open after 1.50pm.

Teller is rude and has bad attitude. Ask to change 400 sing dollars to Taiwan dollars and he exchanged for 500 sing dollars and was not apologetic when he fixed his mistake. Threw the money on the counter too. Luckily the queue is short, probably because people know this place has bad service

Cheating shop. They put high rate online. I call them just before i come down and they say have stock and can change. But when i go down they say they must give me a much worst rate because they charge differently for different denomination and they dont have stock for the one that is quoted online. I asked them to give me in any denomination at the agreed rate but they say they can only give me the worst rate even after already pre agreeing on telephone. They are Obviously cheating by displaying and putting high rates to make people come down and not honouring it after people make the effort to come down...

Rate of Sell and Buy is in different denominations, so that people can't EASILY tell and compare the rate easily. "Dishonest" & unhelpful in display. Waste of time for people trying to change.

They don't put same rate value for the money but for example KRW one in 0.00000965 for buying and selling at normal 982 won... Looks close but actually a great deal of difference. Don't think this is honesty ... won't sell any foreign currency to them...

Pleasant experience here. It was a kid and a girl when i went. They were nice. Unlike the money changer in the basement. Not sure why the rating is so bad. Glad there’s two money changers at AMK hub now.

I would like to compliment Hassan & Sons Exchange, located at Level 2, Ang Mo Kio Hub for their honesty and professionalism. We have exchanged some Malaysian ringgit into SG dollars on 20 June, Friday. When we came back home, we then realised that we are short $200 after counting again. The next day, we went back and inform them of the short change. Mr Ali, who is an employee of Hassan & Sons, was very helpful and friendly. After some checks and verification, they realised their books had the $200 in excess, which they proceeded to give to us. We understand this is an overlook on our part, hence we really appreciate the fact that they were happy to pass the money to us. A big thank you to Mr Ali and the entire team for your honesty and integrity in conducting the business. May you flourish and become a great example in the industry!

Pleasant experience no queue when visited on Saturday evening 830pm. Good exchange rate than Basement 2 money changer for Chinese Yuan. Didnt have any unpleasant experience described unfortunately by others. Maybe the person has left...

Yes. Rate was better than the one at basement for the Yen. But came at almost 10.30am it's not open yet, think they should update the opening hours
