First time visit to Giordano ang mo kio hub on 4th jan evening, i am impressed by their super friendly,knowledgeable and outstandingly customer service. I would like to compliment this sale girl miss huiling very upfront on their promotion and clothing and extra mile service but impressed me most she bring a chair to my mother (old age lady) to sit while I trying on the clothing. Thank you making a great and happy shopping experience at Giordano.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Giordano AMK Hub on Sunday, 12th January 2025, with my mum and sister, thanks to Jeslyn. She was incredibly warm, approachable, and went the extra mile to find a new piece of the garment I was interested in. She also informed us about the ongoing discounts without any hard selling and gave genuine, honest suggestions, which we truly appreciated. Her excellent customer service made our visit so enjoyable. Was there for less than 1 min and 3 staffs approached me to ask if I need any help, what am I looking for, what size. They are friendly but it’s quite annoying when you can’t shop in peace. This gesture deters me to even step into the shop. I can’t even look around for a min without being approached by the staff, how would I know if there is anything I’m keen to buy. The staffs should pay attention to their surrounding, don’t approach the same and only customer in the store, when your fellow colleagues have already done so.

I went to this AMK Store n wanted to buy some casual cotton T-shirts. I was looking for XXL size bcos many times I bought XL size n the T-shirts had shrinked. I therefore told a staff tis T-shrinking problems n told her to feedback to the company. She was so rude n just took back the XL size T-shirt which I was holding n she folded it back n put it back into the stack of T-shirt.. n she just walked away without serving me n she was mumbling to another staff tat nobody had complained abt the T-shirt wud shrink n I must hv put the T-shirt into a dryer. I have overheard her mumbling to Airin so I went to explain to Airin the T-shirts had shrinked n I never use a dryer to dry my clothes in this sunny Singapore. Airin was so professional n helpful n very patiently explaining to me tat maybe the problem lies in the different types of fabrics n she has advised me to bring back my T-shirt to show her the evidence n then she can give feedback to the company. I hv been an ardent supporter of Giordano T-shirts n office shirts n shorts n jeans for many many years as I like their very cool cotton fabrics. I hv been served with very polite n happy staff in other Giordano outlets but the attitude of tis staff in this AMK outlet is so rude n terrible n she needs re-training in customer’s service all over again! I wud like to thank Airin very very much for her patience in explaining to me. Keep up yr good work Airin!👍🤗

18/8 went to shop and that's a promotion for the pants buy 1 free 1 at 59 dollars, then 21/8 went to shop again, the shop owner said no more promotion, so had to buy with the regular price at 43 dollars and I had a alteration, today come back to shop and take my pants, I see the buy 1 free 1 promo came back again! I'm super disappointed with this kind business, like being cheated! I had to buy two pants for extra 20 dollars something. How can be like this??? The promotion valid for 3 days, then stop 3 days, then come back again next 3 days??? The date from 18 to 25 is just one week only and it's already so many times changes the price??
