I visited here with my sister today around 3pm. Upon making payment, we presented our Privilege Card which registered in Malaysia, but card mentioned is entitled to Singapore too. Counter guy told us that card cannot be used in Singapore. We asking few times to confirm but one middle aged lady with short hair replied us: 卡有写也没有得扣啊 (Even mention in card but cannot discount wad) She was very rude, then she replied us 你做新加坡会员啦,免费的吗.. Her service attitude is super super bad, she was not trying to explain why card cannot be used even mentioned entitled to Singapore. And she was very unpolite, she gossip herself few time like complaining about us! This is the worst buying experience I had ever met! Pls train ur staff properly. Im sure that i WONT visit AMK eu yan sang again!

The word I will use is unprofessional. I was there on Sat 14th at about 5pm. I was checking if I should take another medicine for my cough, I brought along my cough medicine which has been given by my TCM Dr. The middle age lady in glasses did not even look at my medicine and just say "no use, you must take ours". Much do u understand she wants to make a sale, but you're selling medicinal products it is important you prioritise your customer's health over profit.
Good thing a younger guy, look at my medicine and say why don't you try out this medicine first and if doesn't work you can come back. This is call professionalism. But I could see the middle age lady staring at him and I am sure she will scold him the moment I step out.
I must say please train your staff properly, if not I will never step foot into another EYS!

The lady sales person at Amk Hub don’t have the intention to explain the product when asked! Definitely not buying from her! Bad sales attitude! Disappointed!

Old lady pick up call dont even wait finish asking just hangup...call again and dont pickup anymore...very rude idiot!!! Better dont go amk branch to make ourselves angry by their bad attitude!!!

Too crowded display, better info can be shared for male customers
