Bought tau suan today at AMK hub outlet but was not given you tiao. Very disappointed.

Not only they increase the price but the portion become ridiculous. Look at how petite is the youtiao for my tausuan. Too stingy now.

The cashier at the amk hub was loud and rude when the method of payment I wished to use was not ready quick enough. It wasn’t even peak hour and she was speaking so loudly - I felt embarrassed. The prawn ngoh hiang’s weren’t even crispy ..

Bought butterfly bun and fried banana. Both were horrible, it’s not the standard it used to be. Poor business and over supply of food prepared results in cold food. Butterfly bun was tasteless and bland compared to the usual you would find outside. Not much seasoning added. It makes me wonder if they are cutting cost hence scrimping on seasoning. Banana fritter batter tastes funny and cold.

Have been patronizing this branch but today one of the lady staffs was really rude. We said red bean and my elderly mother pointed wrongly to another one and she just took that and said 'you point to me one" and refused to change. Gosh, don't do service line if u are so impatient and rude!

Lousy, bad service & bad attitude. Staff refused to sell, saying it open at 10am. However most of the items are ready but she still refused to sell. 2 other customers were with me but she just dont care!!! I have bought from other staff before on other occasions!

Didnt find the staff selling too willing to serve and their spreed can be much increased And brisk times pkease get one collect monies and auicker seeve with 2 ppl rarher than one frykng whilst other serve customers Thnks
