I went for an X-ray, cleaning and polishing at Denticare in AMK Hub on 8 July at 2pm. The bill was over SGD260. When I reached home, I realised that the clinic did not provide me with the discount of 10%. Immediately I called the clinic and spoke to a Serena who promised that she will send me a WhatsApp detailing the amount of the refund and also giving me the refund by PayNow. She specifically told me that I will receive my refund by 9th July at the latest. Today is 10th July and there was no WhatsApp or refund provided. I am extremely disappointed by the way the clinic handled this matter. Unreliable and unprofessional.

My wife did her filling at this clinic, and the filling was not done well. The particular tooth still is extremely sensitive, and she didn't have this issue before her previous filling fell off (done many years ago).

Based on a lot of good reviews for Dr George, I have decided to try his service. Previously, I always look for Dr Wang Mei Ying. I did make call appt. for 1. Wisdom tooth X-ray check & 2. Consultation. When I entered the room, Dr George asked me today came for tooth cleaning & polishing? I was like....Then, he knew I bill to company up to $300. So, he asked me signed on consent with X-ray check $80 & consultation $40. After Xray result, he said I don't need extract my wisdom tooth. But, I told him as my wisdom tooth always got foods stucked & very uncomfortable. After, he said I need to do a little bit filling $121.50 for other tooth which I feel nothing wrong about my tooth as 2 mths ago I did tooth check with cleaning & polishing with Dr Wang Mei Ying. I need to mention about how he did filling my tooth was very rough & didnt give rest.
I just thnking wanted to leave the room that moment! After all, I went outside wait for my bill. Suddenly, his assistant asked me to go in the room again as she said Dr George forgot to put Topical Fluoride Therapy costs $27 for me. When billing at counter, I accidentally heard his assistant asked the receptionist from $301.90 reduced/adjusted to below $300. So, from this experience I & my family members just feel doctor just want to maximum the cost although is bill to my company. But, I think as a dentist should also have a sincere heart to help patients instead of your own benefit. Definitely is my first time also my last time to visit him! It is a daylight robbery. Worst experience ever!

I have been a patient at Denticare AMK branch for many years, however my appointment on 13th June was the first time with Dr Diana Lee. Dr Lee was very pleasant and friendly when I met her. She was very clear and detailed when answering all my questions. When I mentioned to her about my sore gum, she did a few investigations on that matter. Dr Lee was very gentle and meticulous while carrying out the scaling and polishing. She explained every steps of the process to me.
Asking me if I am ok through out the session. She also gave me some advice on dental care at home. I felt very relax during the entire session. I sense that she is very passionate about her job and she cares about her patient.

Brought my elderly mom to see Dr. Diana as she was complaining of teeth pain. Dr Diana was very friendly and gentle and explained thoroughly on our treatment options. I really loved that she did not overcharge and did only what was necessary unlike some other dentists. She was very helpful with the whole experience. Took my mum to see Dr Wang Meiying this morning for dental clearance before starting medication for osteoporosis. We had a positive experience. I found Dr Wang through online reviews. My mum is in her late 70s and scared of dental visits. Dr Wang is caring, very patient with my mum and knowledgeable too! She gave proactive advice and tips on what we may encounter in future after my mum starts her osteoporosis treatment. We will need to have a few more visits with Dr Wang and I know my mum will be in good hands. Thank you, Dr Wang!

It’s a year journey now for my brace in this clinic. Dr Soh and her nurse (sorry didn’t catch your name) have demonstrated their utmost professionalism in orthodontic service. They are always very cheerful and friendly to approach. At the same, they will always check on me whether I am comfortable with the treatment on the day and make adjustment whenever needed.
