Bought a handheld fan (with chargeable battery) from Rivervale Mall outlet. Few days later when I started using it, I found out that the charger inside the box didn't fit the fan. I went back to the shop and was given an exchange. Few weeks later, the battery could not be charged hence the fan could only work on electrical power directly. I returned to the shop and was pleasantly surprised to be given an exchange! The couple (about middle-aged) was really nice and friendly. Great customer service! I will certainly patronise the shop again!
