I was at cheers at around 1030pm on 16 August 2025. The staff (Indian lady) was very rude to customers, received customers at cashier with bad body language. No talking. Just hand gestures to command customers during the cashiering process. In the end, I walked out without buying anything due to the bad service received. Just don’t go there unless you wanna experience a bad day. @cheers management please do something? It’s a good spot for operation but your service staff is turning people off and out.

The staffs in this outlet (opposite big Mac) gives customer the are you trying to steal vibe! Customer has the right to shop around and decide what to buy right? Does cheers know that by treating customers this way is very rude & offensive? Overall I feel this outlet the staffs are all very suspicious with their customers. Maybe the boss instruct them to portray such behaviour. Totally zero customer service.

Truly unacceptable.This outlet located at the underpass from AMK Mrt station towards AMK Hub.Upon making payment at cashier for 1 bottle of drink with $50 note, was told by cashier that they insufficient to give change in notes.Unacceptable . Can the management look on this matter... seriously.

When I got like a few cents for change , the staff asked me if I wanna TOP it up to my ezlink card . That was very helpful. While the cheers at the met @amk met accused me of stealing which I didn’t do it . Now I never go there but I always go this on . Thanks for the good service

The indian cashier lady at 6am outside amk hub in the cheers kept staring at me for some reason while I'm deciding whether to buy the instant food or not. Stare for what sia??? Who want to steal LOL

Services are good but so many people as always esp weekend. I am just a bit surprise here,in SG, I have to pay extra to avoid receiving more scam calls!

Jokes. So many customers queueing on a sat night with only 1 staff. There's 1 more staff standing behind using phone. Walked out and went NTUC instead.

I use self checkout to made payment and my receipt was join together with others receipts I took and going to throw a staff stopped me for taking so many receipts.
