Came here today, 23rd February. We waited in line for almost 20 minutes, and when it was finally our turn, we were told that only cash payments were accepted due to issues with their cashless payment system. Some of the staff, especially the one in black, seemed lost and were just standing around doing nothing, while chatting with other staff who also appeared unoccupied. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience and I was quite disappointed.

went on 28/12 at night. your staff (male, wear spects) got bad breath. plus i asked him why i can’t pair the demo bluetooth headset to my phone to test the audio, is it because no battery or other reason (it’s $500 so i would like to test the sound before i decide), he just mumbled something with his bad breath and just snatch the headset and charge. i think overall it’s not helpful and rude.
