Came here today, 23rd February. We waited in line for almost 20 minutes, and when it was finally our turn, we were told that only cash payments were accepted due to issues with their cashless payment system. Some of the staff, especially the one in black, seemed lost and were just standing around doing nothing, while chatting with other staff who also appeared unoccupied. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience and I was quite disappointed.
