A nice theatre cineplex located in the hub! Prices are reasonable and the theatre itself was quite comfortable- air conditioning not too cold, sound/audio was good but the seats were a little hard n smaller than other theatres. The hub location does make it convenient for one to have a meal and do some shopping prior or after a movie. Numerous restaurants, food outlets, cafes, fast food and one is spoilt for choice. All in makes for a nice time out to the movies.

Tried to buy tickets from the vending machine and it automatically added food combo worth over 30 sgd to my bill, i did not pay attention and confirmed payment and ended up paying 75 sgd all together. NEVER selected any food. ! There is NO way of geting a refund on the spot but must fill up a form and wait to be contacted in 15 days!!! If not we as clients must "call corporate"! Do i need to add we had to repurchase just the tickets as initially selected on the machine?? Insane! Never buy tikets from a machine in Amk hub.

Poor management for customers queue in a long queue for 30 mins with only 1 counter open for ticket and snacks. After purchase the snacks from the counter, need to queue another long line again to collect and for only 1 staff preparing the orders!! Total inly 3 staff working. Staff are not friendly at all!!! Please improve lah!

The place is generally nice and very spacious! Staff was also efficient and friendly! But the toilet… no go! Found some cockroaches in the toilet, not a good impression you want to leave!
Other than that still not too bad.

My go to cinema and always happy to be back. But first experience with self service ordering for food is misleading. Present receipt when number is called as shown in picture. I walked around for a bit and returned to find that later numbers have their orders served. Service is usually good but dude who pointed to get to the back of the line like it's a natural SOP everyone should know probably had a bad day.
Common sense is clearly not common sense. But he did nicely listened to my questions and answered them.
Tldr: your working system, either the words on the receipt or a clear sign on ground needs an "upgrade".

As someone who worked in the film industry before, I'm surprised at how slow the service here is. The queue wasn't long at all, but the service itself made us wait for longer than necessary and almost made us late for our movie. There were 4 staffs but it felt like only 1. The self ticketing kiosk were all down. Having to collect our food from another counter felt unnecessary and troublesome. No online ticket queue as well. Just an overall bad experience that i hope the management would take action to improve on. Keep things simple and service smooth.
