Please have enough staff on duty. Such a great brand but only one staff on a friday night. The poor staff tanking all the orders and waiting crowd. Waited 45mins to get a diluted drink..... 🙄

I ordered a kids berry blast for my son and paid $5 I gave them $7 and they refused to give the $2 back saying that she counted .After awhile we went to tell them they completely ignored us.

Would give 5/5 but only 1 staff on duty on a very busy Saturday (aka today). How come when I come on weekday got 2-3 staffs here with no people but on busy days only one staff??? 🤨 Hello where's the logic lah, poor girl sia …

Rushed down at 9.40pm, staff said they’re closed when google displays that they close at 10pm. Maybe he just wants to go home faster because it’s a Saturday? Anyways boost should update their operating hours if they want to close early.

Worst customer service ever. Acknowledge the guy behind the counter by saying hi, he refused to acknowledge me and took his time. When he's finally done with whatever he was doing, he greeted or should I say shouted at me ' WHAT YOU WANT'. Wow I don't think any patron deserves such service. BOOST u need to do something about this.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
