walked into the store with one staff outside using phone and one staff inside greeted me very promptly. she was very alert when i needed help and very knowledgeable on the products. also recommended me alternatives as price point was one of my worries, i might try those in the future! thank you for making my experience here wonderful :) also i tested out the products and they were super good and authentic as well. their prices were lower compared to shops like sephora, fairprice and salons. also there is a membership system to collect points and redeem discounts so it is really worth to join, and its free!

Staff at North Point outlet are always great. If they run out of what you wanted, they will help you source from other outles and bring it to whichever outlet you want to collect from.
