Central Kitchen and Outlet Kitchen Assistant

A Central Kitchen and Outlet Kitchen Assistant plays a crucial role in assisting with the preparation and cooking of food in both a central kitchen facility and individual outlet kitchens. This role ensures that kitchen operations run smoothly by supporting the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and organizing kitchen supplies. The assistant helps maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness while contributing to the efficiency and quality of food production, both for centralized production and outlet-specific service needs.

Job Description:

1.Kitchen Housekeeping (Before & After Operating Hours)

• Keep kitchen tables dry, neat and clean as per requirements
• Keep kitchen utensils dry, neat and returned back to initial place
• Ensure kitchen towels cleanliness
• Maintain work stations, kitchen equipment and kitchen area cleanliness

2.Goods Receiving & Storage Response Time

• Good received within expected timeline from our suppliers
• Clear and ensure no blockage for common area and walk way within expected timeline
• Good replenished or right placement (e.g., fridge/storeroom) within expected timeline

3.Food Quality

• Prepare processed food according to SOP and within stipulated time

4.Food Wastage

• Reduce food wastages (due to overfry / burnt / not cooked)

5.Hygiene Aspects

• Strictly comply with food and hygiene SOP

6.Adhoc Duties

• Replenish of condiments and utensils as and when needed
