Position: Spa Consultant

We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented, and sales-driven Spa Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations based on clients’ skin conditions, wellness goals, and body needs
• Educate clients on beauty treatments and TCM-inspired wellness solutions
• Recommend appropriate treatment programs and products to achieve desired results
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with therapists and management to achieve team sales targets

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in spa, beauty, or wellness consultancy
• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and TCM wellness practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about helping clients improve their health, beauty, and well-being
