Very rude employee by the name Sim Poh Fang. Entered the shop looking at some displays. The said employee approached with a half-smile to ask what i'm looking for. When i asked if the shop accepts CDC, she wiped off her smile, said they do not accept it and turned to walk away immediately. When i told her i'm looking for a product, she told me repeatedly that CDC is not accepted at ZTP and the entire mall. When i found the item i needed, she smiled again and came to the counter, asking if i would like to get more. After i've made card payment, she stared hard at the receipt repeatedly to "ensure she had keyed in the correct amount".

One of the younger and taller uncle was really rude. I was served by a very kind uncle who helped me packed my items. As I didn’t have enough cash, I asked whether I could pay by card or paynow. Then I proceeded to ask, what about Grab or Fave, as I saw the stickers on their cashiers. As he was not answering, I turned to younger Uncle in hopes he overhead our conversation. Before I knew it this younger uncle snapped at me and raise his voice at me “can’t you see I’m attending to a customer”. PS: the customer was simply browsing around.

Bought aloe vera white fungus desert back home, it is too sweet. Too much sugar, low quality check, no pride in their products. It is sad to see the brand goes down stream. It may a small matter but long term survival, every detail counts to be where you want to be. May you improve and be great.
