肉夹馍 is good. Bun is crispy and the braised pork is well cooked. Can say it is quite authentic.
While for the cold noodle, the noodle not very bouncy and the ingredients used are not very fresh and kept in fridge for a few days. Besides, portion kinda small

The man is rude and not willing to serve. Ordered and stood at counter for 20min watching him doing other tasks instead of cooking my food. He could have given me an estimated time. Mean and cruel. Hope he is fired.

Got the 酸菜泡椒牛肉米线, and it came in a really big bowl filled to the brim with soup and lots of ingredients.
The rice noodle has a chewy texture, and while the soup is a little spicy, and looks oily, the taste is not bad. There are quail eggs, and beef slices with bean sprouts and the chinese chickpeas (:
May try the other flavours next time.

Roujiamo and the rice noodle are taste good, we tried mushroom soup and spicy rice noodle, both spice and yummy.
