Clear Tuas checkpoint at 7pm… at 9:30pm I still have not reached Suntec. And the traffic is not bad. But the company plan so many drop off point for one bus… it seems like WTS like to have people on half day Singapore tour.

Book bus ticket to go Genting on 25 Nov and back on 27 Nov Ask which perfer seat we want And we stated what we want but seat not arrange at all!! The bus number that I back was JRB8556 When we back ,the bus aircon not cold at all It was very stuffy in the bus from the first resting point to Yong Peng resting point That was around 2 hour plus !!! Check with the driver then we know aircon faulty and the driver say will change bus at the Yong Peng resting point . Driver help to place order for buying Otah ! Initially I order 10 Prawn otah however he mistook my order for 10 fish otah instead I ask for exchange but He don't bother to help at all and just say he wrote wrongly on the order Not even apologise for the mistake he make !!!

Super poor service given by the staff... booked my cruise during sep, going during nov... now is 3 days before the departure date... no confirmation from them yet...
