It is always very easy and convenient to order wok hey online to save time waiting personally at the stall. This time I was surprised that one of my order came without beef slices as I ordered. However once I feedback to wok hey CS, they attended to my problem promptly. I would say that their service recovery is very sincere and top notch. I will still patronise wok hey even with small hiccups like this. As their staffs are all very hardworking and tough to fry and cook non stop behind the hot wok.. kudos to them.

I ordered a meal for my son here, and the online ordering process was so easy and seamless! The food was great and high quality. My child is excited to try it again!. Take a note it will take around 30min to prepare the meal.

Bought at 2+pm, so there's no crowd. Taste wise was good and service was fast.

Ordered the udon with chicken. The wok hei was evident. Not bad, quite tasty. Long wait though.

The last time I bought from here, I ordered manually with the cashier, knowing full well of the wait time that I had to endure. Generally, during lunch period, it's not wise to do so, considering the number of online orders that come in. So today, I ordered my food in advance, and collected when it was ready. When I came by to collect my food, I noticed the amount of delivery/pickup orders waiting at their collection point. Das crazy. Despite the busy atmosphere on the kitchen floor, one of the staff still managed to do a quick check with me on whether things are well with my order. Idk but just that smol liddle gesture kinda made my day. It felt like I wasn't just another egg fried rice on their order chit. Food was just as I had ordered. Brown rice, not too oily. If you want good fresh fast Asian stir-fry, this is it.

Nice to find a Wok Hey outlet at AMK hub. They are just next to Stuff's. You can see them as u walk into AMK hub from MacDonald side. Waited a bit for the food as the kitchen was busy with orders ! Food standard is consistent with the other outlets. 👍👍👍 …

When order estimate time 20-30 min after order need to wait 1hour? If no asking, maybe need to wait 2 hour for the food? What is the service?

Amazing fried noodles and rice. Healthy choice available too. I have eaten Wok Hey fr the moment they start like 2 years back I guess where options were limited but now, their options are definitely vast. More add on for customer for better customisation of meal especially for some like me whom love loads of veggies in my food. So definitely amazing.

I saw one of your staff wear rings while cooking, I'm sure if u guys have cert in food hygiene u can't wear that.. because we never know the cleanliness your finger at the ring and the ring itself..and u guys not friendly..even one of u guys can't speak English..hmmmm btw I like your food but not the way your staff
