Happily shopping at this Watsons but got approach by a sale lady trying to sell a hair service instead of selling a product. This is the first I had encountered. This is not the first time I encountered. So Watsons is trying to sell hair packages now?

The orange shirt Chinese lady promotor in her 40s-50s is very rude . When ask her something. I thought she was the staff. She ignore me. When ask her. She said she is promotor and none of her business. I was really shocked of her reply

Today at about 9:20pm , one of a cashier counter staff a guy his name Aidil " while I was ask him about the Nivea moisturiser price is it got any discount, he was mention yes actual price was $16 dollars than he say got offer Only $12dollars “so I buy and pay ' after when I reach home I see the receipt that I pay was surprised that he was not honest that didn't discount at all , even this counter staff Aidil the way he serving customers at the counter was not in a polite way and have some attitude

Did not like the sales promoter who kept watching as I was browsing, interrupting me just so she could hard sell high-end commercial products, while talking down on actual pharmaceutical products. Very rude and arrogant on both of my recent visits.

Had the honour of being helped by the nicest female store assistant today. Like having my own personal shopper. I think she saw I had my hands full so she offered to help me grab the things I wanted to buy and even pointed out products I might like since I was looking for the Hello Kitty merchandise. Then she helped me to carefully pack everything into the new tote I got. Very helpful.

It's a standard Watsons, located at AMK Hub on B1. It's unfortunately hidden behind A&W and some other eatery spots, so if you're just walking by the main stretch of MRT to Bus Interchange, you'd likely miss this shop. That said, they're next to Singtel and en route to the nearest toilet here at this area. Standard stuff that you'd be able to find and get, nothing too out of the world.

I was there on 2 Nov at around 9pm plus.. witnessed a customer in front of me scolding a female temp young Indian staff and wanted to lodge a complain at her for being rude. When it was my turn, the staff didn't speak a word.. I bought 2 packets of wet tissues but she didn't ask if I needed plastic bag and just assumed I didn't need and left the 2 wet tissues on the counter after i paid. Didn't pass the items to me. I can understand why the customer in front of me was so angry.. till she told her off that if the staff didn't enjoy working then she should just quit. That is so true.. excuse me, this is a service line. If she don't like to service ppl then just work somewhere else where she don't need to..

The service provided by your staffs, especially the lady temp staff with specs and pony tail, is really disappointing. I’ve never met someone so not motivated and slow in work. I queued for cashier and apparently the self checkout machine was spoilt, that lady just let the customer waiting for the checkout machine to cut my queue. And finally it was my turn, she cant be bothered to open her mouth and inform me that plastic bag is chargeable and assume that i dont need a bag, and left me standing there waiting for me to realise the transaction was done, no “thank you” nothing. Utterly disappointed.

Today visited the Watson AMK hub. Cashier unfriendly and show a face of unwillingness to work. Very restless and unprofessional. When packing stuff inside plastic bag, did not pack heavy stuff first but light stuff bottom.
