This is the worst customer experience I ever had!!!

I went to the pharmacy at 347pm with my father to buy medication when my father show a guy his the medication he need he answer I cannot tell what is it by looking at this n showing us that kind of impatient look on his face n in the whole process I can only hear ok loh ok lah this kind of unfriendly gesture. He is a educated people but behave in a uneducated way is a shame to see this kind of people at government related unity. I feel like scolding him but I didn't because I am also a management at my work place if that person is my subordinate I will educated him on how to be a good service.
