Ordered and paid for Set A with additional Karaage but was not given a Karaage stick. Terrible service. Staff also used my box to scoop rice mistakenly dispensed onto the table to dispose of it but proceeded to use the same box for my food.

Was told to wait 5 mins, which I was okay with it. But i ended up waiting 15-20 mins because they decided to place my box to at a corner. (Out of sight out of mind). Having to see people who ordered later than me (was told to wait as well) to go off first was very frustrating. I even saw they stacked the later orders onto/above my box… hence me being last. I waited quietly for my turn as I do not wish to put more stress on the staffs. All i can say is that they need to organize their orders better and serve better.

After ordering my item the staff put the bbq stix in 1 white transparent container & another paper carton box of rice, as i am still waiting for some item to be ready..i left the shop to grab some grocery before coming back to collect my order. Upon my return i am i suprise to be handed with just a packed of rice & my 7 stix of bbq stuff. I ask the staff why was my bbq not in the orignal white container ? The staff never bother to explained why they transfer out my item, when i emphasize i wanted back my bbq stix in the white container bcos it has the teriyaki gravy, the staff just took my rice box & pour in more teriyaki sauce on my rice & return to me with a sorry. So i am left with a unedible teriyaki sauce soak rice ! How would you feel if your rice is soak with salty teriyaki sauce ? I threw away that box of rice ! When people have order their food & item already place in the original container why must your staff transfer & change my bento box ? I already paid for my food, did i not paid enough for my food ? You need to squezze in 7 item into a rice paper box. FYI I have always order my rice & together with bbq item with teriyaki gravy in plastic container so that rice will not be too salty. Your need to re-educated your staff !

This wear spec lady staff is terrific. Smile ask me to wait when there is 0 customer in her shop, nobody in the restaurant is paying or sitting around. I wonder if she is preparing food and I said sorry my bus leaving I can't wait and she simply ignored me. I wait half a min and left due to rush and she don't bother to call me and I still see her slowly preparing her own box of toriQ food. When there is no mgmt this happen. Also their chicken stick has small narrow pieces at the top only one or two full size chicken in the middle. This outlet always like that, stingy outlet

Delicious as always. Consistent quality. Limited bar counter seating space. Most people choose take away.

Food was good, staff was good. It's just one customer piled all bags upon one chair and occupied the other 3 seats with her and her children, causing no one to be able to eat in the stall itself.

Bento sets are value for money. Staff are efficient and work as fast as they can. However, sometimes the queue can be held up because customers in front have very voluminous orders. So take care when ordering.
