I love wraps and burritos. ♡ Just upset how my nachos looks on my second visit there. Food is fresh.
Love their lemon ice tea, very refreshing.

Quite disappointed. The portion size of the chicken kebab was noticeably smaller compared to what I’ve received at other outlets. After ordering, I waited 29 minutes to receive my food, with around 12 orders ahead of mine. Although I ordered through the kiosk — which is generally faster — there was no indication of how many people were ahead in the queue.
To make things worse, even when my order was ready, staff didn’t call out the number, so it just sat there. When I finally received my kebab, the chicken portion was very small, which was frustrating after such a long wait.
Please look into improving both portion consistency and your ordering system.

Ordered take away and had to wait 20+ mins to get our food. There isn’t any indication of how long the current wait is, so the queue was pretty long. Also overheard another customer being told (after they paid already) that the wait was 1hr???
It would be nice to know the wait time somewhere before we ordered.
The broccoli “tasty bites”are really greasy and taste like sad deep fried flour balls. It’s just mushy on the inside; wouldn’t recommend.
Service staff were nice though.

The quantity is now in much smaller portion(half a bowl only) than it used to be a year ago. After stuff'd bowl meal, it does not feel I had a meal. I sincerely hope the management to brief the staff to be slightly more generous in portion so your customers can patronise again and more often. It matters to consumers and same for you. Thank you.

New location. Ordered ultimate kebab. Gave me something else. Little veg. Full of carbs with rice and mash potato’s.

Went to try out after the shift in location despite seeing multiple bad reviews etc slow service,small portions. And after buying my chicken burrito,i can strongly vouched for all the negative reviews.Service was so slow,could see a guy taking his own sweet time putting the portions,wrapping the wrap.However gave them the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited for at least 20min.When it was finally time to collect my burrito,i immediately noticed a open hole which was not covered by the aluminium foil.Your telling me that you took ur time on wrapping a burrito but couldnt even wrap it properly??? But i quietly observe as the female cashier to see if she would tell me anything. However she tried covering it from me and placing the exposed area facing downwards where i could not see in the plastic bag.Overall,super slow service,stingy on portions and cant wrap a burrito🤦♀️ DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Thanks for shrinking after moving to a new location! Extra chicken for nothing. Lighter than last time whereby i didnt even add any chicken.

I was extremely disappointed with my order. The chicken in the kebab was very much burnt, some parts blackened to the point where it tasted more like charcoal than meat. I felt unwell after just a few bites(i didn't see because they put alot of sauce, hopefully not to cover it up.) This is unacceptable quality.
Especially on takeout for kebabs/burritos, u won't know whether it's burnt until you reach home. Just discard the meat pls, why liddis?
Truly a shame, since the new stuffd more format is really nice, if you want, you can have your meals onsite. Why not also keep quality equally consistent?
For those who face similar problems, remember to take photos. Can share with SFA if it's burnt til you can call it dangerous to consume.

At 245pm, waited 25 mins and not even get an order of daily bowl sent !!!! Please review ur SOP ! Not even clearing the order stil staff go do mise en place . The other go on break. Leave 2 person working . One look new can’t even work fast …. Omg last time here
