Went to the shop twice. First time served by a guy and he is polite and give good advice and information. After one month later and looking at other shops, I wanted to take another look again as cannot remember some info. An auntie served me (the same guy is in the shop). I think the auntie recognize me, probably thought I am wasting their time again.. she was super rude and snapped at me when I ask her for the colours of the mirror cabinet. The fact that I went to the shop twice is because I really considering to buy, if not won't go again or ask questions on colour. I also asked her if the products are from Japan, she said "its from China lah" as if their product is not good? from her tone. Its terrible service. After I told my husband, he decided not to buy or visit the store. Too bad. Their cabinet quality is good, but service is terrible. If management see this, pls guide the auntie's service attitude.
Important Matters
Dish rack came with severe grease stains that could not wash off. This is not only unsightly but potentially a health hazard—industrial grease touching eating utensils! Otherwise I would rate the products better.

I was very pleased with the customer service of Mr Soh Kar Ung who made my purchase with Song-Cho a very pleasant and delightful experience. He has good product knowledge and I really appreciate that he made efforts to provide the necessary information that helped me choose the product & model that meets my requirements and/or restrictions in the best possible ways. He has a very patient & cheerful personality, and he is very professional without being too pushy but giving customer sufficient time to finalise purchase decision. Kar Ung deserve commendation for his excellent customer service standard and I think he is a great asset to Song-Cho company because nowadays it is not easy to meet excellent customer service staff like him 👍🏻. And I would also like to express my thanks to the team of 2 installation staff (2 young men) from Song-Cho for their professional & skilful service. I really appreciate their efforts to do a quick clean up of the debris caused by the drilling, as I notice that not many service provider installation team may bother to do it after they complete installation work. I am very satisfied with their installation services for my purchased Song-Cho dish rack and 3 pieces of bathroom accessories. And these 2 installation staff are certainly great assets to Song-Cho management 👍🏻. No regrets for my decision on purchasing Song-Cho products 😊.
