Zero Stars If I Could I purchased a promotion package during a roadshow at my workplace, and after experiencing their service, I now fully understand why such aggressive promotions are necessary—they wouldn’t get customers otherwise. From start to finish, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. The lady in black (possibly the supervisor or manager) displayed extremely poor customer service. After I declined to sign up for a new package, she was visibly unhappy, even trying to take the complimentary cup back from me. Her attitude turned cold immediately, and she made it very clear she wanted me out of the shop quickly. At no point did she address or apologize for the terrible experience I had just endured during my session. The facial treatment itself was not only subpar—it was dangerous. One of the staff, likely inexperienced and possibly from China based on her accent, dropped several large drops of essential oil directly between my eyes. The oil flowed into my eyes, causing intense pain and making it impossible for me to open them. I had to ask her for water and cotton to clean my eyes myself. When that didn’t help, I asked to stand up and rinse my eyes properly, but she refused. I then had to insist she get help from someone more experienced. Eventually, another staff member stepped in (whom I refer to as the “expert”), and with her help, the pain subsided and the session continued. However, the damage was already done. No one should have to endure such a lack of basic safety and professionalism. To make matters worse, both of my body treatment sessions were marred by constant, pushy sales talk. There was no peace or relaxation—just aggressive hard-selling tactics from start to end. My advice: AVOID the promotional booth at all costs. What they promote as a “trial” is simply a gateway to uncomfortable sales pressure and, worse, potentially unsafe practices. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Came here as the banner said $10. When we asked to double confirm, the counter lady asked us to sit first. Turns out $10 only the fee for the analysis and consultation, and for the treatment itself need to pay $28. But as I already sit, then I proceed to do the treatment eventhough the price is more expensive than I expected before. I feel a bit scammed here. They never stated clearly in the banner that $10 is ONLY for analysis and consultation. The treatment went for 15 min. But during these 15 mins the lady keep offering the package amounting to +- $200. I feel discomfort as I only want to ease my neck pain and not planning to take any package. She gave me the ginger treatment patch, which I thought it was included on the treatment just now. At the end of the treatment, she still insist to offer the package. Until she handled us a paper for us to sign eventhough we have not agree to take the package. I said I consider first and don’t want to take the package now. And she took back the ginger treatment patch and said it will be given only if I take the package. Haha

Happen to try the trial at CIMB PLAZA roadshow but unfortunately the representative was too pushy on me to buy the promotion package n unfortunately my card having issue n d representative ask the therapist to escort me to the ATM which I guess its not appropriate. Even the representative peep on my bag when I’m taking out my card n she tell me that she saw I have other card which belongs to my husband. N representative ask y is my husband card is with me WHICH IS VERY INAPPROPRIATE FOR THE REPRESENTATIVE TO ASK AS IT MY PERSONAL. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.. pls train your representative to respect on customer or client personal things ..

I have pains in my body and feel tired. I tried two sessions in Multifora. I felt my body soften, not so tired and sleep better. I hope my blood circulation can be better with more sessions.

I can't lift both hands, my left foot is swollen, and it's difficult to walk. After treatment, it has improved very much. Thank you multiflora for providing such a good service.
