I have went though the review that are so many bad rating in google but it seem like nothing has done on the customer serivce . Today around 7 50 am went to ang mo kio hub Mr bean and get water melon soya and pan cake the malay ( i presume is malay ) auntie sever me I hear is she said that melon don't have set so I don't her Is OK I saw her charge me melon water and pan cake and I saw the sign on the net machince u guy did not accpect visa and master payment so I have to log in my account and transfer money to my another account inorder to do pay lah transaction so while I was doing the transfer a lady customer came and order so I move away from the counter so she can have her order and make payment and I did ask the malay auntie to process with the other customer order she rise her voice said I cannot cancel the transaction any how and I was like quickly transfer my fund and wanted to done the transfer and I said is only 1 . 90 I was puzzle about the transaction and said I just now order water melon soya and pan cake she rise her voice at me again and said u said never mind end up I left with out and thing 1st the malay did not double comfirm with my order while I making payment 2nd When I have nicely ask the malay auntie to allow the other customer to make her payment she should not rise her voice on me . I understand that u guy don't have service charge but as last has the minimum customer service not to rise voice on customer I have Been working in f and b line for so long as while I understand the tired and some annoying customer has but as the minimum I don't rise my voice to my customer I hope I will get a reply on this matter
