Ordered 10 burgers for self pick up, asked for more mayo under comments but when the burger came the mayo was so little to the point where i can finish it in one lick. My brother even went down to the store at amk hub all the way from home. Spent 15 minutes waiting just to talk to the staff end up they give this little mayo. Service attitude was also horrible i wish i can give this a 0 star.

Please stop accepting grab or foodpanda orders when you cannot fulfil the orders at the store. Fast food isn’t fast anymore if i have to always wait more than 30 mins for it. I am a regular here and it’s an observation i made across a period of a year. The numbers on the screen barely moves but the order receipts just keep coming in.

Went to dine in at the amk hub outlet today and it was 8pm on a wednesday. For a supposedly “fast food” chain- it sure as hell aint fast. They probably either need to get more manpower or manage the staff and operations better. Waited a whole hour for my meal and there were other patrons complaining about the same issue. Delivery riders were also forced to have to wait a lengthy amount of time to collect their orders. Everything was just messy.

this was in the same outlet but two different kiosks… i almost bought this hotdog but i looked at my friends kiosk and realised there’s beef also. as a non beef eater i was so shocked and confused. mos burger what’s up???? pls be careful non beef eaters ❤️ according to my other friends this has been going on for awhile already

NEVER RECOMMEND! I was planning to eat new food and find this “fast food” cafe in amk hub. I didn’t look at reviews and visit here. First slow service.Ordered 6:52 pm received 7:27 Second not valuable for price I didn’t feel my food and can’t finish them Because all tasteless. Third. Have CAUSTION HOT but in real its not hot. Just wastage of $15 Never come here next time

Super slow service, waited 25 minutes and still no sign of the food. Wanted to cancel the order but they insisted that it would take 5 more minutes although someone who came 10 minutes after us was already halfway through her meal. Perhaps not the best system when preparing food as order number keeps jumping (on the screen)

MOS Burger is one of the few fast chains we frequent (not only here in Singapore but almost Japan) as we like the food here, the burgers, the rice burgers and fries as they taste better and have higher quality than the other fastfood restaurants. And more importantly they are consistently good across all the outlets. The foods were nicely prepared, with the mayo sauce. Very tasty and we always order iced tea. One thing to highlight. The service of the staff can be improved. Not only the service was slow, they were seemed "restless" and not attentive when taking orders and we had to repeat a few times. And they don't seem welcoming and even when we thanked them for their service, they were expressionless. Probably the service aspect was one of the grey areas of this fast food chain that not only happened here but across a few of the outlets we have visited. Other than the service, the food were nice.

Sincere feedback. Do better Mos AMK. Waited 30 mins for the food to be ready. And the chilli dog... 50% of the dog has no sauce and 70% of it has no onions... well, I'll let the picture speak for itself.

Can’t believe that I have to wait close to half an hour just to wait for a take away order, and it is just a rice burger. I am not sure if they remembered my order. Not a good first time experience. Never going to come back here again.

Super-duper slow service, unless you willing to waste your time to wait. No queue but waiting time is more than 30min for one teriyaki burger. Food is cold because it been sitting on the counter for so long. It's obvious that one of the staff struggling to deliver the order and with a big attitude.

I have no idea why the team is so understaffed with just 3 employees managing all the orders, requests and everything else... Please do something about this. They look so stressed (understandably) after all the customers are asking for their orders & people are waiting for >30 mins to get their food

Wow crazy wait, everyone was waiting for ages for their food. Looks very understaffed and the queue does not move at all. Don't be fooled by the emptiness of the restaurant, now I know why people are not coming.
