Melvados needs to try their own ice cream or spend some time reviewing the recipe and ingredients. The chocolate chip used tasted like solid oil beads, with no hint of cocoa.

Their ice cream is just so-so, not great. I took two bites and threw it away. But their biscotti is a must-try and one of the best..

I bought cake and ice cream Ice cream not nice. Same price at ex brand but not nice in taste. But the cake. Solid Aplus The chocolate is bitter sweet, just feel right. The oneh oneh cake, so fragrant, the gula is so rich yet smooth. The cheese is just strong. Solid a plus sampler. The pie good too. Crust. Normal but filling very nice.

Realised that there is a change in service staff, service is way better than previously! And the outlet is clean and tidy. Love their Royal chocolate cake. Food is easy to consume. It will be best if they are able to provide cake cutting service.

Went to AMK Hub Melvados today at around 1.30 pm. My hubby and I were amazed by the excellent service provided by your staff name Liyana. I hope that Melvados management treasure her approachable, warm, flexible, initiative and outstanding service.
