good customer service and drink was perfect to my liking, gave exactly what i wanted. Staff was friendly and engaging.

Totally unacceptable. Was given Q23 and they served Q24 and Q25 first. When questioned, they say missed my order. But fact is, Q24 was someone they know.
Why start a Q no. system and anyhow jumped the queue? It totally defeats the purpose 🤬

This staff is super rude. She saw me calling her and waiving my hand but chose to ignore me. After 2 minute she came to front and behaved so rude. With ahh sound and showing no interested to take my order. While I haven’t finish my question she said, ahhh what. Worst behavior.

Ordered 2 drinks via grab. The brown sugar fresh milk with glass jelly tasted like classic milk tea???? Never have such an issue with other outlets before. Will never patronise this outlet again.

This worker has a bad attitude during work hours. When I ask him questions about the drinks he just continue to do his things. I hope the management's will have a look into this situation.

This workers attitude towards me was unacceptable, he told me to stop talking when I was stating my order and even refused to give me my drink even when I paid even though in the end I attained it but he was acting very immature, childish and irresponsible. this is really unacceptable and has made my experience bad I am baffled on how such a person was able to get a job

As per pic, i mobile ordered $7.1 golden avocado with white pearl, but i received someone else's drink with no topping and no less ice. I am already very disappointed with the no topping, but then worst is the drink is very VERY diluted. Understand that I will need to wait, i orders 10mins before and then an auntie came to order as well, apparently close enough order to mine. I saw the employee made our drinks together and i guess mixed up our cups. No topping already ruin my day, i put less ice somemore , but my drink if ****ing diluted. Like drinking water. Now i know why nobody drinks liho anymore.. just disappointment.

First time trying this brand of bubble. The experience and taste are definitely higher than my expectations. We were impressed by the staff with glasses's attitude and service. He patiently waited for us while we struggled with the menu and gave recommendations on the sugar level of our drinks. The drinks that he made were so delicious and matched our taste.
