I bought a chocolate donut and an original - when I reached home, it turns up to be a caramel donut. Too sweet and it’s totally wrong order. The lady was talking to her phone too when I was there and I had to wait. Ended up gave me the wrong donut.

love their donuts every single time. malay staff with the headscarf is always very helpful and helps me with my indecisiveness :) even in the morning shes always so energetic and happy to serve. glad there are still staff like this.

I started eating Krispy Kreme Doughnuts back in 2007 when I chanced upon this double storey doughnut place right at the southern end entrance of the street of MyeongDong. It tasted super good and I almost visited Krispy Kreme every night after work. They made the doughnuts look so appetizing especially the artwork on the doughnuts make it come alive!!!! They have exclusive fabulous flavours for X’mas and CNY. Kamsa Hamneida Krispy Kreme!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful at this outlet. Mentioned that I had trouble picking out a flavour and they were super patient waiting for me and at the same time letting me know what are the most popular flavours they have! At the same time, I arrived at 10.45am and staff mentioned that opening hours could range from 10.30-11am. They also promptly made sure I was served asap when they saw me! Will definitely be back again! Saw the name tag of the service crew, Thanks Alvin for the great service ☺️☺️

Food is great but I was charged $9.90 for 3 doughnuts packed separately. $10 & above will be entitled to get plastic bag free. However, I needed to pay 0.20 more for it … Dunkin doughnut cheaper & provides quality & free plastic bag too! I recommend you all to go there, it’s nearby! $3.50 for a doughnut - 9.90 for 3 while I am carrying other stuffs too, how am I supposed to carry 3 donuts

Ordered 24 pcs of donuts for my students. Sadly, only 12 came in time for their teabreak. Was suppose to be a celebration, but ended up with heartbroken students.

Walked past and grab a glazed and a peanut. It was okay but does seem overly sweet for me.

The employee was understanding even though it was still closed he agreed to served us , I told him that my son's school was about to start and he did it without hesitation thank you really appreciate it.
