BAD EXPERIENCE. NVR GOING TO JEAN YIP.
STRONGLY suggest for ppl to ask all details before making down for any JEAN YIP services/promotion
I apply for hair colour and treatment promotion on JEAN YIP OFFICIAL WEBSITE. after that someone who claims to be from jean yip contacted me via WhatsApp abt the promo but referred me to a non jean yip branch?
I didn't noticed it until I finished all my services there and they gonna charge me for haircut. they say the promotion is only for hair dye no hair cut... then I showed them the promotion on JEAN YIP official website then they say they are not jean yip but 6 elements so dont have that promotion? and keep on hard selling the packages when I already said I dont want and im in a rush..
come on, jean yip u gonna play this kinda scam gimmick with such a big name? DISGRACE!

Today has been the most challenging day of 2024 for me. I took my child to Jean Yip at AMK Hub for a hair treatment. Upon arriving at the counter, a consultant abruptly demanded $400 from me, which was quite unexpected. When I requested a bottle of shampoo, another consultant handed it to me without a box or carrier, which felt quite unprofessional. When I mentioned that I had previously received the shampoo in a box, they insisted it never came with one.
During this exchange, another customer, who seemed to overhear our conversation, interjected to agree with the consultants that the product does not come with a box. I found this intrusion inappropriate. I expressed my frustration to the consultants, noting that this customer seemed overly eager to support their side. The consultant then mentioned that they had been serving this customer for many years.
Considering that my child has been receiving treatments for less than a year and I have already spent close to $10,000, I believe I deserve more courteous and sincere service. Additionally, I do not appreciate being asked for money in such a manner, especially without a proper carrier for the shampoo. I clearly remember being told that I could pay $1,100 upfront and the remaining $400 at my convenience to enjoy the total credit of $1,950 for the products package.
Lastly, I would like to mention that Cecilia was an excellent consultant, but unfortunately, I have not seen her since I signed up for the second package of hair treatments.

I have been to Jean Yip hair care at Amk Hub outlet and am very disappointed with their services. I went on time for my scalp treatment and each time I have to wait for about 20 minutes before they could come to treat my scalp. After washing my hair, I have to lie down and wait for around 15 minutes for another staff to further treat my hair. All in they have wasted 35 minutes of my time waiting. Luckily I only sign up for 5 sessions so I have only 2 sessions left to endure such disservice. Really very disappointed.

I recently visited Jean Yip after being informed there was a complimentary hair scalp treatment. However, before starting the treatment, the staff informed me that the complimentary offer only covered the oxygen machine, and the ingredients used in the treatment would cost $199. Feeling cornered, I proceeded with the treatment but was left extremely unsatisfied and disappointed.
It was disappointing to find out about the hidden charges only upon arrival, as the offer was not clearly communicated.
Additionally, I was focused to purchase package of $299 treatment per session which is extremely expensive and they never provided a record card although I requested, which made the entire experience feel unprofessional and lacking transparency. Moreover, there was no brochure available, and the prices seemed to depend entirely on what the stylist said, making the process feel inconsistent and unreliable.
Very bad. Will never go again after my purchased sessions are done.
