I love that Japan IPL Express are with no packages and no appointment! It has truly eliminated the hard selling by the therapist to sell the packages to the consumers and it also allowed me to pop by any outlet, any time to get the required services I want! 🙌🏽 What’s more, the services of the therapist are top notch and they provide informative information to aid my understanding of the services. Not only that, the therapist also constantly check if there were any discomfort during the process. 👍 Well done, Japan IPL Express! 🫶🏼

Went during the 9 June free IPL trial. It was a very smooth process, no pain. Staff were professional and explained the process really well. No hard selling either. Would consider going again

My preferred outlet as it’s usually less busy and I hardly ever have to wait. Staff here are really helpful and no hard-selling if you’re not comfortable. Been coming still for maintenance and trying new treatment areas.

Just switched to Japan IPL after trying out SHR treatment previously. Really appreciated how they provide free shaving services which saves me the hassle of doing so at home, proving for a seamless experience overall. The staff are really professional as they provided thorough explanation for their various services and current promotions. The process was fast and painless with a slight sensation occasionally. I’d recommend for anyone who are looking for hair removal services.
