Ordered a Q Ball Grass Fresh Yam for 3.80 and in the container DID NOT contain any yam!!! First time buying, and got scammed by them. Careful of this stall

Ordered their dessert and waffles. The peanut butter waffles is nice. Didn't know iTea dessert now need customer to pay for the small container of milk that used to come with it. The cashier also didn't inform us or at least ask us if we need it when we ordered. TBH, the cashier is rather unfriendly and seems to be impatient and abit rude. It is not what I would expect from service line. Initially I told myself that she might just be tired or merely had a bad day... But when I checked their review, many 1* reviews of the same reason... Anyway, I have given 2* cos the waffles and desserts are nice. Anyway, don't think I will come again.

I dont know how u teach them to serve customer , but is it correct way to ask “ what u want? “ with the rude tones. is not the right one is “ may take your order? “ i got take order from another ladies is fine . But this one ladies she sound a bit rude. 18/02/2025

Ordered drink at 2.57pm, got the drink only at 3.12pm. I have seen similar sized bubble tea shop with lean manpower work more efficiently and with much better service attitude. Like it or not, front line staff still need to maintain professionalism even if you don’t want to work that day. Everything is a ripple effect and it all starts with yourself.

If I could give no stars I would. My daughters went to tea and were spoken to very rudely by the staff this evening. You maybe busy but you have absolutely no right to TALK TO CHILDREN SO RUDELY. They politely asked to place the order and were shouted at that it will take 25-30 mins in a very rude tone by the staff. PLS NOTE: WE ARE NOT HERE FOR FREE DRINKS ....WE ARE PAYING FOR IT AND DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED NASTILY. The exact same thing can be said politely. This was at Itea at AMK Hub and wasn't the first time the staff has spoken rudely to children. Children are not your punching bag!!! LEARN TO BE RESPECTFUL! horrible behaviour by the staff !

Tables there were all covered with rubbish, trash bin was also overflowing, and none of the staff members cleaned it up. Another thing to take note, the numbers skip when calling orders, so if yours appeared and you missed it, good luck, the staff won't call out the number even if you only missed the number a second late because you're using your phone

if u are planning to come to this outlet, pls don't!! the attitude of the girl at the cashier is really bad, she was very annoyed and she looks like a teenager probably below 20. there was a auntie ordering a drink but there was a waiting time however I think the auntie couldn't understand her that well so she kept repeating then towards the end she started getting really pissed off and stopped repeating. I think that this shouldn't be the attitude as the basics of a cashier should be someone who have good attitude and manners.

Horrible customer service, with rude and unprofessional staff, especially Kaelyn and Joker Chang. We ordered one chocolate waffle and one plain waffle. After ordering, we moved to the waffle-making station and saw Kaelyn spreading chocolate on a barely browned waffle. When we asked if it was ours and requested that it be browned more, Kaelyn and Joker exchanged looks but gave no response. Kaelyn’s body blocked her actions, so we couldn’t see if she complied with our request or simply proceeded with the original barely browned waffle. Shortly after, a waffle was placed at the collection counter, and a number was called. When we noticed the number wasn’t ours, we asked if the waffle was ours because we had been told earlier it was, and our plain waffle was also missing from the bag. Joker then told us it wasn’t ours after all. At this point, Kaelyn raised her voice at us, blaming us for not providing our collection number earlier—a detail she never asked for. She returned to the waffle station to continue making our order but slammed items around, making her displeasure obvious. After collecting our order, we asked Joker for Kaelyn’s name. Joker initially refused and told us to complain about him instead, attempting to play the hero and shield her from responsibility. When we insisted, Kaelyn came over, slammed her name tag onto the counter in front of us, and rudely told us to “go ahead and complain.” This outlet has no sense of professionalism or customer service. Judging by the recent wave of 1-star reviews, it’s clear that this is a recurring issue. Avoid this place unless you’re okay with being disrespected by rude staff. TL;DR: Staff Kaelyn and Joker displayed appalling behavior—ignoring requests, yelling at customers, slamming items in frustration, and being confrontational. Their actions were unprofessional, and customer service is clearly not a priority here.

I went to collect my free drink today and I was quite disappointed with the way the male employee kept insisting that I claimed peach green tea. Although in the card it said ANY drink from the menu he still kept insisting. Very dissatisfied with the way he treated me. And in the end I gave it to my friend as this was not the drink I wanted.

Love the variety of milk teas here! The staff here are friendly & efficient. Will definitely come here again :)
