There are 3 cashier counters there but only one counter open… too slow and v long queue for payment

Went to guardian at amk hub this morning. people started queuing at 9.20am and the queue was so long all the way until ntuc entrance.
A staff went in at 9.45am and the uncle queuing in front asked her whether got mask? She nodded and smiled. So we waited patiently till 10am for the store to open.
At 10am when they pulled up the shutter, the staff says that there is no mask and the stock have yet to come. she say it will come at 11-12.
In the first place, when we ask and you went into the store and realised that stock has yet to come, couldnt you come out and inform everyone?
It is a waste of more than 40mins of everyone queuing and getting to know there is no stock.
There is no responsibility and initiative from your staffs at amk hub outlet.

Service is so slow. Came twice recently both times served by different cashiers. Time 7pm+ and 1pm+. First was a foreign male staff, the other local senior lady staff. Incidentally both times only one cashier was available, and they were preocuppied with some paper work (1 issuing some free stuff, the other letting customer/ peer, signup somethg) Both staff totally have no awareness that the q was building up. They took their time to help with the paper work. I fault Guardian for poor customer service and training. If there is only one counter, and q build up, they should have some priorities set and not keep everyone else waiting. Both times ot happened on random dates and timing, coincidence or the branch has some underlying problem??
If not bec im at the vicinity, this branch will never be my choice

Poor service. Took preorder orders in but unable to fulfil even after a month. Asked when will the stock arrive and was told the staff in charge is on OFF day. Are there really no coverer?

Frequent long queue but only 1 cashier ...2nd counter always closed..service level is not up to standard...wonder if this shop only got 1 staff trained to be cashier on weekday....should cross train so 2nd counter can open when queue is long....

The Guardian at AMK Hub is located at the basement near where NTUC Fairprice Xtra is at. I must say, I'm impressed by the offerings that is here, given the small entrance it has. The shop opens up to something much wider inside the shop, and there's even a pharmacy located here, dispensing medication if you need anything.

The second time I visited this shop two counter was operating but they let ppl queue only 1 line.
