Ah Guan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave a good shortlist of phone models after i list out the criteria and he also provided very factual comparison. I end up buying the phone from this shop instead of other shops because i feel there is help/service here. True enough, i needed help a few days later and he willingly spend a few hours to help me out. Rare good service staff nowadays. Fast mobile must keep such staff.
